Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 10 oz. coconut
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients in order.
  2. Bake in small greased loaf pans at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.
