Instructions
- Cream together Crisco and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add milk and flour mixture alternately to creamed mixture.
- Add coconut and coconut extract. Grease large tube pan; cook at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes, starting in cold oven.
- Let cool in pan.
