Coconut Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. panko (Japanese breading)
  • fresh prawns
  • seasoned flour
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut and panko. De-vein and butterfly prawns leaving tails on. Roll in flour then dip in buttermilk. Roll in panko mix until well coated. Deep fry until golden brown.
