Coconut Twists

Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar, egg and milk.
- Mix flour mixture in.
- Add vanilla. Mix together well.
- Make 3 balls, roll out thin.
- Spread melted butter over dough.
- Sprinkle sugar and coconut over half of dough.
- Fold in half, cut into strips about 1/2 inch wide and twist.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
- Roll in powdered sugar.
