Cheesy, crispy pizza toast that turns simple bread into a handheld slice of comfort food, packed with gooey cheese, tangy sauce, and any toppings you love, perfect for quick lunches or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp tomato or spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • favorite pizza toppings

Instructions

  1. Place slices of bread on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. Spread 1 or 2 tablespoons of tomato or spaghetti sauce on each slice.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese on each slice.
  4. Add your favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, green peppers, onions, etc.
  5. Bake at 375°F for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the bottom of the bread is browned.
