A rich, aromatic coffee brandy blending smooth vodka with bold coffee flavor, perfect for dessert cocktails or sipping slowly on special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 ounces instant coffee

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the instant coffee in boiling water and allow to cool.
  2. Measure and add an equal amount of vodka to the cooled coffee mixture.
  3. Add one vanilla bean to the mixture.
  4. Bottle the mixture and seal.
  5. Let the brandy set for 2 weeks before serving.
