Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans or a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Beat in eggs until mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla.
- Combine flour and baking soda; add to mixture alternately with sour cream. Pour batter into pans.
- Spread pie filling on top.
- Sprinkle Streusel Topping over the filling.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes in round pans or 40 to 50 minutes in oblong pan.
