Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong coffee
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold coffee.
  2. Heat the remaining coffee until just boiling.
  3. Dissolve the sugar in the hot coffee.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the hot coffee mixture to the gelatin and stir again until fully dissolved.
  6. Refrigerate until set, then serve topped with plain or chocolate Cool Whip.
