- Boil 3/4 cups of water.
- Add 1-1/2 Tbsp. coffee powder and 2 tsp. sugar to the boiling water.
- Continue boiling for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
- Let the coffee mixture cool completely.
- Once cooled, add whipped topping and mix well.
- Layer the mixture with graham crackers as desired and serve.
