Ingredients

  • 6 cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 6 sugar cubes
  • peel of 1 orange
  • 5 Tbsp. rum
  • 1 1/4 c. strong coffee

Instructions

  1. Put the cloves, stick cinnamon, sugar cubes, and orange peel in a small pan.
  2. Pour the rum over the spices and peel, ensuring there is enough to cover them.
  3. Heat gently, shaking the pan until the sugar has melted.
  4. Pour in the hot coffee, strain the mixture, and serve.
