Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put all your ingredients in a bowl and use a wooden spoon to mix.
  2. Beat the eggs a little before adding the flour.
  3. Mix the ingredients well.
  4. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins, about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven until brown.
  6. Do not preheat the oven.
