Ingredients

  • 1 package angel hair slaw
  • 2/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 package Ramen Noodles - Oriental
  • 3/8 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/8 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Toast almonds until lightly brown.
  2. Mix slaw, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, and noodles in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, water, vinegar, sugar, and the flavor packet from the noodles to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
