Ingredients

  • 8 oz. glass orange or apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. honey or corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. glass water
  • 1/4 tsp. soda

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange or apple juice with honey or corn syrup, salt, water, and soda.
  2. Alternate pouring the above mixture with a second mixture of the same ingredients to enhance hydration.
  3. Repeat the process as needed for effective dehydration combat.
