Instructions
- Drain juice from cherries and pineapple; add enough water to make 2 cups.
- Add sugar and cornstarch to water/juice mixture and cook until thick, stirring.
- Fold in fruit, nuts and almond extract.
- Pour into 2 baked pie shells and top with whipped topping.
