Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon juice, grated lemon peel, and sugar, stirring until dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Pour boiling water over tea bags.
  3. Steep for 15 minutes in a covered container; strain the tea.
  4. Combine the strained tea with the lemon juice mixture.
  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate before serving.
