Ingredients

  • 2 cans beef consomme
  • 1 c. dry sherry
  • 1 small ripe avocado

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the beef consomme just to a boil.
  2. Stir in the dry sherry.
  3. Pour the hot consomme into soup bowls.
  4. Peel and slice the avocado.
  5. Garnish each bowl with avocado slices and serve.
