Ingredients

  • 10 cooking apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
