Ingredients

  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 4 green peppers
  • 8 apples
  • 8 green tomatoes
  • 4 red peppers
  • 8 onions
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Grind or chop all vegetables together.
  2. Put on salt; stir and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain off excess water.
  4. Add sugar, vinegar, and water.
  5. Put in hot jars and seal.
