- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, milk, egg whites and oil. Beat on low speed to blend, then on medium for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies into batter. Divide batter between 2 greased and floured round cake pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool and frost with White Frosting, then sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of crushed cookies on top of cake for decoration.
