Fun and adorable cookie hamburgers featuring vanilla wafers, mint patties, colorful frosting, coconut, sesame seeds, and honey—perfect for kids' parties or creative treats.

Ingredients

  • vanilla wafers
  • Keebler mint patties (chocolate covered)
  • Pillsbury caramel frosting
  • coconut flakes
  • red food coloring
  • yellow food coloring
  • green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Place several vanilla wafers, flat side up, in a row.
  2. Spread a layer of white frosting on each wafer to resemble mayonnaise.
  3. Put a cup of coconut in a plastic bag with several drops of green food color, shake well.
  4. Sprinkle the colored coconut on top of the wafers with frosting to look like lettuce.
  5. Place a mint patty on each wafer to resemble the meat.
  6. Mix red and yellow food coloring to make orange and white frosting until it resembles cheese; spread on the mint patties.
  7. Place another vanilla wafer on top of each, flat side down, to form the burger buns.
  8. Use a small amount of honey to spread on the tops of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
