Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Fudge Stripe cookies
  • 2 small instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 (9 oz.) whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Crumble 3/4 package of cookies into bite-size pieces and set aside.
  2. Combine pudding mix and buttermilk thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and mandarin oranges into the pudding mixture.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. When ready, mix in the crumbled cookie pieces.
  6. Place the remaining whole cookies on top for decoration and serve.
