Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) small box orange jello
  • 2 (3 oz.) small boxes tapioca pudding
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix together orange jello, tapioca pudding, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  4. Add Cool Whip, drained mandarin oranges, and pineapple to the cooled mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 12-inch pan.
  6. Refrigerate until set and chilled.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
