Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup or chicken soup
  • Salt, pepper and Kitchen Bouquet to taste
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 cup chopped celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic, mixed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish.
  2. Cover tightly with foil.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 1/2 hours or more.
