Ingredients

  • 1 c. coconut cream
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Add the cinnamon and blend for a few seconds.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture into chilled parfait or punch glasses.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
