Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
  • 4 slices rye or whole wheat bread
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced chicken
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chunky creamy mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Rinse broccoli under water to thaw and separate; pat dry. Line bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch microwave-safe baking dish with bread.
  2. Top with chicken, ham and broccoli.
  3. Stir onion powder into soup; pour over all.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Cover.
  6. Chill overnight, if desired.
