Coriander Mint Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves, and tender stems loosely packed ⓘ
- 1 cup of fresh mint, loosely packed ⓘ
- 1 cup white onion ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon green chili pepper, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt ⓘ
Instructions
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy, not watery. Refrigerate up to a week.
