Corn Bread Dressing (Chicken)

Ingredients

  • 1 small skillet corn bread, crumbled
  • 4 or 5 biscuits, crumbled
  • 1 or 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and mix well (let it be moist).
  3. Bake in 375° oven about 35 to 45 minutes until brown.
  4. I cook my onions and celery before I mix them with the rest.
