Ingredients

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Bake in a greased 6 inch pan at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
