Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 16 oz frozen corn
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 small can green chilies

Instructions

  1. melt cheese and butter in saucepan over low heat. add milk and cook until smooth.
  2. butter casserole dish. add corn, red pepper and chilies. pour cheese mixture over corn. bake 40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
