Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup cornmeal
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn

Instructions

  1. Combine Bisquick, cornmeal, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
  2. Add milk and whole kernel corn to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the batter onto simmering chili.
  4. Cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the dumplings are dry.
