Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings in the skillet.
  3. Crumble bacon and set aside.
  4. Saute onion and green pepper in the drippings until tender.
  5. Add drained corn and sliced green olives; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.
  6. Spoon mixture into a serving dish and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
