Corn-Onion Shortcake

Instructions
- In pan, melt oleo and saute onion until it's transparent.
- Set aside and drain.
- In bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, egg and corn.
- Mix well.
- Add drained onion.
- Spoon into a greased 9-inch baking pan.
- Spread cheese over batter.
- Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
- This is soooo good!!
