Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, corn muffin mix, and melted butter together in a baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes until the top is nicely browned.
