Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions
