Corn Saute

Instructions
- Saute 1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion and 1 cup diced green pepper in 3 tablespoons butter for just a few minutes.
- Add 4 1/2 to 5 cups fresh corn cut from the cob and 1/2 cup light cream. Season with 1/2 teaspoon thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook until corn is tender.
- Makes 8 servings.
