Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk egg, melted butter, water, corn and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture.
  3. Cook waffles.
