Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 4 c. corn, cut off the cob
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 jar drained pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. basil

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Saute chopped onion and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn, garlic salt, drained pimento, and basil.
  4. Heat through and serve.
