Ingredients

  • 1 small package vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 can medium pineapple chunks
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 3 cups seedless red grapes
  • 4 bananas

Instructions

  1. Make pudding using juice from pineapple chunks to equal 1 1/2 cups. If short of juice, add a little lemon juice.
  2. Cool the pudding slightly.
  3. Mix in all other ingredients: pineapple chunks (including juice), mandarin oranges, red grapes, and sliced bananas.
