Ingredients

  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal mix
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. Jiffy cornmeal mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3/4 c. sweet milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Blend in margarine until well combined.
  3. Add milk and eggs; beat for 1 minute until smooth.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into an iron skillet.
  5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes, or until well done.
