Ingredients
- 12 dried red field corn cobs ⓘ
- 3 cups sugar
Instructions
- Add enough water to the dried corn cobs to make 3 cups of broth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then discard the cobs.
- Add sugar to the broth and boil for 3 minutes.
- Stir in one package of Sure-Jell and boil for an additional 3 minutes.
- Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars and top with melted paraffin to seal.
