Ingredients

  • 12 dried red field corn cobs
  • 3 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Add enough water to the dried corn cobs to make 3 cups of broth.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then discard the cobs.
  3. Add sugar to the broth and boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in one package of Sure-Jell and boil for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars and top with melted paraffin to seal.
