Ingredients

  • Bisquick
  • 1 can corned beef hash
  • mustard
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Make dough according to Bisquick directions on box.
  2. Roll out the dough until about 1 inch thick.
  3. Shape the dough into an oblong shape as you roll it out.
  4. Thinly spread mustard on top of the dough using a knife. Then, lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread corned beef hash on top of the mustard.
  6. Roll up the dough securely lengthwise and pan freeze.
  7. Once frozen, take out and cut the roll into 3/4 to 1 inch slices with a sharp knife.
  8. Bake in a moderate oven at approximately 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or freeze individually and reheat from frozen for a longer period.
  9. Serve immediately or after being frozen, topped with either a cream cheese sauce or a sauce made of 1 can of cream of celery soup, adding a little water.
