Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced

Instructions

  1. Mix together the corned beef, diced celery, diced onion, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and diced Velveeta cheese.
  2. Place the mixture into buns.
  3. Wrap each bun individually in foil.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
