- Sprinkle the beef with onion salt, celery salt, and garlic salt.
- Place the beef in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.

- Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 275°F (135°C) for 5 hours.
- Uncover the meat and pour barbecue sauce over it.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 1 hour.
