Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) box sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased, oblong casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 325°.
