Ingredients

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 to 5 cups cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Mix the corn syrup and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a full boil, then remove from heat and add the peanut butter.
  3. Stir until well combined, then add vanilla and cornflakes.
  4. Stir well to coat the cornflakes evenly.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased wax paper and let cool until set.
