Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash chili pepper
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • cheddar cheese (cut in small squares)
  • butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs well with sour cream. Add spices and the crushed cornflakes. Fry on one side and add the cheese squares. Place in broiler and brown.
