Cornflake Topped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed (shredded kind works best)
  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together above ingredients.
  2. Spread in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix 2 cups crushed cornflakes to 1/4 cup melted butter and spread on top of mixture.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
