Cornmeal Rolls(Harriet'S)

Instructions
- Cook cornmeal and 2 cup water like mush (5 to 10 minutes). While still hot add butter or margarine, sugar and salt.
- When cool add eggs, yeast mixture and enough flour, as you knead, until stiff and does not stick to board.
- Let rise until double.
- Punch down; let rise.
- Form into rolls.
- Let rise again (3 rises).
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
