Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small can cream-style corn

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
