Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 3/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 cups cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and syrup in a boiler; boil for 1 minute.
  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla to the mixture.
  3. Stir without heat until smooth.
  4. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Mix cornflakes and peanut butter mixture in the pan.
  6. Cut into squares when cool.
